My name is Oleg Haritonov. I am an expert in Russian law who, since 2010, has rendered services of legal representation in litigation before state courts (commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction) and in arbitration before Russian and foreign tribunals as well as in contentious matters before administrative bodies.
In addition to dispute settlement services, I advise on the matters of day-to-day business activities of legal entities and sole traders including drafting documents, communicating with registering and administrative authorities in respect of conducting business.
Due to the high level of my linguistic skills and training in laws of England and Wales (solicitor), I can render services related to English law, EU law, and conduct legal research on laws of other foreign countries.
